VL Neuberg Holdings Limited is a private limited company registered in Hong Kong. We manage and operate subsidiary companies across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United Kingdom, each functioning as a separate legal entity. VL Neuberg Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries employ over 5000 individuals worldwide.

Our workforce primarily consists of professionally qualified individuals employed directly by our subsidiaries, and we ensure fair treatment for our employees across the globe.
As a professional services firm, we adhere to all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions we operate. Our robust policies and procedures are designed to mitigate the risks associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, and corruption.

Business and Supply Chain Practices
As a professional services firm, our most significant exposure to modern slavery risks lies within our supply chain. We source a wide range of products and services from various suppliers, encompassing stationery, ICT technology hardware, software, consulting, cleaning, security, and facilities management.

Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
VL Neuberg maintains a zero-tolerance stance toward slavery and human trafficking.
All our employees complete a Modern Slavery Act training course to understand the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015, its practical application, and their role in reporting any concerns.
Goals and Key Performance Indicators
VL Neuberg utilizes various Key Performance Indicators to gauge our effectiveness in preventing slavery and human trafficking across our business and supply chains. These indicators include the logging of complaints through our whistleblowing policy or other channels. To date, VL Neuberg has identified no instances of modern slavery or human trafficking.
This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 and serves as VL Neuberg's slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year starting on June 1, 2023, and ending on May 31, 2024. It received board approval on March 8, 2023.
